Created with Chef Pat Go, the menu gives familiar flavors a spicy new spin. Start with the Spiced Salted Egg Hummus, where creamy salted egg meets lingering spice, served with toasted sourdough for scooping. Then comes the Spicy Beef Lechon Toast, layering juicy, charred beef lechon with spicy aioli on pillowy mantou toast.

For something with extra slurp appeal, the Sili-Mansi Udon brings together springy noodles, bright calamansi, savory sweet soy, and a hit of sili, finished with crunchy chicharon. Rounding out the menu is Chicken Hoy, crispy fried chicken glazed in spicy black garlic adobo sauce, served with garlic confit and java rice.
